Lava Hot Springs- Memorial day Weekend!

For Memorial Day we went with all of Luke's family to Lava Hot Springs in Idaho. Let's just say it was a good time had by all! We ate a lot, giggled, ate some more, and just played all weekend! It was a pretty rainy weekend but that didn't stop the fun. We played outside when we could and played inside when it rained! It was so fun because I love my sister in laws and all of the cousins get a long so well together. They play so cute together and love on Evan as well!

We just had such a fun weekend. It is so fun to be able to go on a little get-a-way with family and just have a wonderful time together! Thanks for a fun trip!

Evan's First Plane Ride!

Evan and I were able to go visit my brother Josh and his cute little family. I just was needing a little get-a-way and we thought that would be the perfect place to go! Needless to say I figured out the hard way that traveling by myself with an infant= tons of work! Even though it was a lot of work it was a lot of fun.

Our first night there the boys were in bed...but I am pretty sure they were watching out the window for us because the second we walked in the house they both ran down the stairs! Man I love these fellas!

Dallin and Porter were such a hoot with Evan in the back with them. For some reason Evan was super fussy in the car and at one point I looked back and Dal was plugging his ears. Classic! They are getting a baby brother in 3 weeks so this was good practice for them. Dal took charge and told Porter every step to take. Such as, "Porter, he wants the window down." or "Porter he wants the window up." They took good care of lil Ev!

On our last night Yosh took us to "Crumbs". It is this cute little Cup Cake place- of course I chose the Confetti one! I could have eated 2! They were so good.

The boys would just come relax with me in the morning! I was not complaining! I had all my favorite fellas watching cartoons with me..

Porter is always being Batman- I think this is what I have to look forward to with Baby Evan!

Were Home!!!

Daddy was sure ready for us to come home. It was a short trip filled with good food, shopping, walks, the beach, a baby shower for baby Ash, and spending time with family! Thanks Yosh, Gay, Dal, and Po for having us! We had so much fun!!!

A Lot of Firsts....

This week has been so fun for us. We did a lot of things with Evan for the first time and one for us as well! We went with some of our friends from the ward and went to their parents house- it is like a minature Wheeler Farm!

This week I took Evan on his first little picnic. We went to this cute park with Tiff and Baby George, and Bonnie and Logan, Austin, and baby Sadie. Unfortunately we didn't get a picture of the whole group but it was so fun!

Of course this is Luke's favorite picture. This week We had dinner at Tiff and Jed's house- their lab had 10 baby puppies!!!

The Big 28

Luke's Birthday was such a fun day for us. He came home and Evan and I had lunch all ready, then we baked all day long, made daddy's favorite chicken dinner, and then finished the day off with a little Cake, Pie, and Ice Cream. In my family Birthday's were just always a really BIG deal! So I always try to make birthdays a special day for Luke too! Luke thinks that I over do it but that is just how its gotta be- heck they only come once a year!
