Today we blessed Evan. We were planning on using Luke's little blessing outfit but he didn't fit in it. We tried it on him and it was the type of situation of...How are we going to get this off without cutting it?! He is a big boy and only 6 1/2 weeks old! Luckily Anita found a little outfit from the GAP for him to wear. Luke gave a very special blessing and it was so neat to hear Luke bless our little guy. He did so good throughout the blessing which I was worried about. We had a lot of support today and it was so neat to have a lot of family and friends there. It was quite a special day for our family.

My aunt Jan and her husband Rick were able to come and my grandparents from Idaho even made the trip down just for the blessing!

Grammy and Bompa came. It was pretty neat because Bompa was born in the house that we live in! It is crazy to think that we would live in the Farm house in Palmyra one day. Our ward is the ward that he grew up in.
Evan with Grandma and Grandpa Stewart. Anita was so nice to host the luncheon afterwards! We appreciate having them so close to us. Evan is so lucky to have them for grandparents.

This is what I did to the table. I loved this idea. My sister in law did this for her baby's blessing- she just put pictures of the baby on cute paper and then covered it with a plastic table cloth!
Needless to say it was a perfect day- despite ther crappy weather. Thank you to everyone for coming to share this special day with us!

Evan is so cute. I love the blessing outfit. Sutton had the exact same on from the GAP but...Sutton was so little and we blessed him when he was 18 days old so he wore the preemie size. LOL! Evan is sooo adorable! I love you table idea, that is sooo cute. Congrats.

Baby Evan is so cute! Its fun to see pictures of your Aunt Jan who I always called "Little Jan" and of course your sweet mother! Tell them all hi for me! Also I just want to tell you that it so fun to see what a cute mom you are and how much your lovin' that boy! Its amazing how much you can love someone isnt it! Marci
